I received my bachelor's degree at the National Taiwan University (NTU) with a major in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Economics. After I finished my undergraduate studies, I joined the military for two years as a second lieutenant officer in the military police division. Later on, I studied Human Resource Management at London School of Economics (MSc International Employment Relations & Human Resource Management) and Management in University of Oxford (MSc Management Research). I joined University of Cambridge (IfM) as a doctoral student in October 2006. I am also a member of Trinity Hall.
